Fruit Gushers Strain

Fruit Gushers Strain

Gushers is a hybrid marijuana strain and a member of the Cookies family with Gelato #41 and Triangle Kush parents. People who like it are also going to like Runtz and Zkittlez. Gushers is a high-THC, low-CBD cultivar, and has strong, euphoric effects that can initially feel enervating, then sedating. Named for its explosively thick fruit flavor, it’s available as flower or extract. Growers of all skill levels and grow it indoors, outdoors, and in greenhouses. Gushers came from a group of growers affiliated with the Cookie Fam on the West Coast in the ’10s, but it can be found worldwide. People consume Gushers for pleasure, wellness, and medical symptom management including pain, nausea, and insomnia.

Description

fruit gushers

Bred by California based Cookies Fam Genetics, Gushers (also referred to as Fruit Gushers or White Gushers) is an indica-dominant hybrid that is a cross between Triangle Kush and Gelato #41. It is no surprise that it shares a name with the gummy fruit snack of our childhood as it bursts with a sweet and fruity scent that will have you reaching for that bag of candy. With undertones of sour tropical fruit, herbs, and cookies, the flavor largely matches the smell.

Sporting bright green buds, amber hairs, and hints of purple, these nugs aren’t afraid of showing off. While not known to be a particularly potent strain, Gushers have been tested at THC levels ranging from 15-25% so be sure to check the labels so that the potency matches the experience that you’re seeking.

Users report both a euphoric head high as well as a relaxing body high which makes it perfect to either lift your spirits during the daytime or unwind with a good movie after a long day.

But it’s not always about the THC content, although it gives us a good indication of what we’re signing up for when we light up. According to Hytiva:

It’s interesting to note that one of Gushers’ parents, Triangle Kush, is an Indica strain that’s renowned for easing anxiety, depression, and putting you in a great mood. Gelato #41 has similar characteristics in terms of effects. This hybrid strain induces a relaxed euphoria. The Indica-dominant hybrid Gushers unifies these effects and sprinkles some sugar on top.

It’s a good strain, though it doesn’t hinder the overactive mind from wildly thinking. It’s more of a body mellowing feel. And depending on when you get, the flavor was not fruity as anticipated. It tasted like potting soil. Recommended.

I was surprised by the flavor! Very fruity on a low temp dab, i currently have the Shatter form rite now smoking out of my Quartz Recycler. Helped tremendously with pain. I’m 51 and have a lot of chronic pain, and very high tolerance – worked perfectly for me.
